Individual Meditations
To experiment with one of the following individual meditations:
- Perform the balancing meditation.
- Then for the desired meditation:
- Click on the appropriate link below to bring up the meditation.
- Maximize the window, if desired.
- Simply look at the Image in a receptive state of mind.
- Listen to the note (s) being played, and internally sound the note.
- After looking/listening for approximately 2 minutes, close your eyes
and imagine yourself in the center of an infinite, pulsating, vibrating
sea of the color shown.
- Intone the note being played out loud using the syllables IAO (pronounced
EE-AH-OH) three times with a full breath after each intonation.
- Length of time spent meditating on an any individual color or Tarot
key should not exceed 5 minutes.
