Untying the Gordian Knot

The best way I know how to untie the knots of logic which often cloud the truth, is to cut through them with the sword, by applying discrimination to our own values and motivations. Also called observing the currents of the sun and moon.

We apply the sword to ourselves.
the knot falls to the ground
the tower crumbles
Our fortress of knowledge is revealed as a prison cell,
and we fall to our knees:
At first in humiliation, anger, and shame.
But later in gratitude.

Knowing silence is our reward.
