How do I know whether any of my thinking is true or meaningful at
all.
I can't understand a principle unless thought is there correct or not?
If individual thought is there and recognizable, it is an idea, it is
limited, can only be relative, i.e. of my personality/vehicle, it is
illusory and unreal in the sense that it limits my perception of
truth. truth is unknowable with individual thought. yes or no?

Depends on what kind of thinking you are referring to.
How many kinds of "thinking" are there?
Super-Conscious
Self-Conscious
Sub-Conscious
Imaginative
Reasoning
Intuitive (spiritual intuition from contact with the Inner Teacher - the
only TRUE Authority)
Discerning
Willing (Receptivity to Divine Will)
You need to be more specific, for if you speak only in inaccurate generalities (like using "thinking" to refer to
all forms of thought consciousness), your mind will continue to be befuddled, confused, and you
won't get very far. Trying to get somewhere in spiritual pursuits without the proper (accurate) language is like
trying to build a computer without the use of mathematics.

can individual thought tell me what is true? If so how? can it help me arrive at or set the conditions
for truth to be known? does the spiritual teaching replace or correct or undo individual
thought/belief?

You must use your Self-Conscious thinking to build your other types of thinking (See above), by Studying
(spiritual teachings) and APPLYING them in your life (including meditation). This is the role Self-Conscious
thinking must play. Self-Conscious thinking is not the boss, but the boss (Inner/Higher Self) uses it as a tool
or instrument to accomplish it's Goal.

Distinction around this issue is important the thought is not
necessarily bad, if i condemn it I've judged given it meaning and if i
believe it or pronounce it as good (in my mind) i have judged again given
meaning. (whether the thoughts are spiritual or whatever makes no
difference in terms of this point)

"Distinction" is the key. You must be more specific and accurate in
your use of language and "thought speech" if you are to get anywhere. So I
suggest that you work start using language as accurately and specifically as possible. I have the Tarot as a fundamental
accurate language. You must find one that works for yourself. Then start using it. Once
you begin to develop an understanding of it, you can then "translate" into
any other form of language. However, this "translating" is only possible
if you first Understand your spiritual language.
This is analogous to understanding mathematics before trying to inform others on it's practical
application. You have to of already proven to yourself that 3+3 = 6, before you can inform
someone else that 2 apples + 4 pears = 6 pieces of fruit.

I think only when my thoughts do not interfere with the universal, god, if
you will. But see i don't believe these are my thoughts any longer.
Many teachings say that their is no me there at all when truth is
recognized ie individual thought undone.

Of course there is a YOU. You just aren't what you think you are. You are much
more! Your feeling of "I AM-ness" is real; it's just doesn't belong to
you alone.
In the quote below, the term "Ego" refers to the True Ego or
Higher Self (Christ/Tiphareth):
The human Ego is a direct reflection of the One Self. It is that One Self at work in an
individualized field of expression. [We] do not have separate personal egos, any more
than we have separate personal wills, or separate personal memories.

i need to do other work and go for a walk later i want to
address beating my red lion and this do/thought/action issue to see
if i agree or disagree with the position you seem to be advocating
stop worrying about your thinking and just do whatever you want.
